When the Portland Promise Center began our journey toward opening a licensed preschool program, we were consistently told that finding teachers would be one of the greatest struggles for a program like ours. As we have grown, we found this to be true, as there is a childcare staffing shortage throughout our city.  
 
Recently, this obstacle has been overcome and we are thrilled to announce that we have added two new teachers to our team! We are grateful that the Lord has brought the right people our way and we look forward to how their unique abilities will be a blessing to the children in our program.
